Property Portfolio Rescue is a UK based residential property recovery specialist, offering a lifeline to small business owners, buy to let landlords, residential owners and developers wishing to divest their residential property quickly and discreetly.

Our Directors have over 35 years practical experience in residential property acquisition and management, owning more than 200 residential houses and apartments in urban locations across England. Having grown conservatively over the last decade, we see a long term opportunity for income from our efficiently managed portfolio. Strategically, PPR aims to grow our portfolio to £100m of assets, to become one of the UK's leading landlords.

We understand the problems facing small businesses and landlords. Using our property and financial expertise, as well as our banking relationships, enables us to unlock cash from property asset so that owners can fund their ongoing business needs quickly and discreetly, ideally before insolvency procedures begin.

We have successfully worked with insolvency practitioners (and other specialist advisors such as Accountants and IFA's), where necessary, to help re-negotiate mortgage terms, enabling owners to raise much-needed cash from sales.

We have private funds and further bank funding in-place to move fast in today's difficult market. PPR can often commit to exchange contracts within 48 hours, subject to due diligence.

In taking a long term view as a residential landlord, PPR will continue any tenancy agreements in place within purchased properties and will seek to let vacant properties on appropriate tenancy agreements. We are determined to act fairly and ethically in providing a reliable, “value for money” service to our tenants as a sound basis for our ongoing business.
